We are a primary care medical group providing adult Internal and Family Medicine. Our approach is to provide patients with comprehensive health care, which is focused on all aspects of their health and overall well-being, including emotional, family and social concerns. Along with your physician and other health care providers, you are the most important person in managing your health.

OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

Our Physicians are available "after hours" 24 hours per day/365 days per year by calling our phone number and following the prompts. However, if you need an appointment, prescription refill or test results, please call during regular business hours.

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You must pay for services when you come in for your appointment.

  • You are responsible for updating any personal information.

  • Please give at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations.

  • If you are late for your appointment you maybe asked to reschedule.
