WELCOME TO SIMI MEDICAL GROUP where we provide personalized, comprehensive primary health care focusing on wellness and prevention!

Our office is open from 7:00am-5:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 8:00am-5:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday. We may be reached at 805-210-7280.

As your primary care physicians, we work collaboratively with the local hospitals and a wide range of specialists to coordinate all aspects of your care including inpatient hospitalization as needed.

Get Your Healthcare At Home (Telehealth)

In addition, so that our seniors can decrease their risk for infection, we will be reaching out to them and advising that they can get their care by telehealth with our doctors so that they do not need to leave home. Call our office for details.

Chronic Care Management

Chronic Care Management is a new Medicare service offered by Simi Medical Group, Inc. that enables your primary care team to be highly engaged in managing your ongoing health. The Chronic Care Management program is designed to help you improve your health by simplifying your care and providing increased support to manage two or more chronic conditions.
